All the luxury houses have a shop in this Monaco district. It is a great area to live if you want all the stores and restaurants to be walking distance.

JARDIN EXOTIQUE
This residential area is perched on the hills of Monaco, and is perfect for families that are looking for peace and quiet. Nonetheless, you will have to take the car to go to the center of the Principality.

LARVOTTO
If your dream is to live on the beach, this district is the one for you. Not only you will have an incredible unobstructed sea view from your terrasse, you will also be walking distance from the Carré D’Or, the heart of Monaco. Larvotto also offers many restaurants and night clubs.
