Buying in the Principality

All nationalities are welcome to purchase a property in Monaco. Once you bought a property in the principality, you are eligible to apply for a Monaco Residency Card (more information can be found on the government’s website). It is also possible to purchase through corporate entities and offshore structures.

Once you have found the property of your dreams, you can make an offer to the owner of the property through us. When you make an offer, we will ask you for your passport, a current address and utility bill, a bank reference (preferably from a Monaco a bank) and a bank guarantee or other proof of financial resources.

Your offer must be be followed by a deposit worth 10 percent of the price of the property you are looking to purchase. If your offer gets accepted, the property will be removed from the market and a contract will be drawn up by your notary. Once this contrat is legally approved and stamped, the balance of the transaction amount, notary fees and agency commission must be payed. We will help you set up insurance for your property if needed, as well as registering for public services such as water, electricity and telephone.

Our agents will always stay available for you and help you even after you have purchased a property with us.
